This project was an opportunity to recreate a worn down structure to an  accessory dwelling unit.

Guzman ADU 

Gilroy, CA.

Limited by adjacent homes, this project was developed to include a 900 square foot dwelling that includes two large bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, and common spaces. 

Fritz Residential Remodel

Carmel- By-The-Sea, CA.

Under design, this project is being developed to incorporate a second level, basement studio, extended garage, and remodeled kitchen with a patio to entertain family and friends.
